Nestled in a quiet corner of Herefordshire, a county renowned for its cider production, this single-estate apple cider producer has been milling away peacefully for over 100 years.

All the apples used in our ciders are taken from our very own orchards. The family farm in Bishops Frome is home to 200 acres of cider apple orchards. As a self-sustaining cider producer, we are in a rare position, a result of over 100 years and numerous generations that have dedicated themselves to the orchards. This has allowed for full control over our cider production from tree to glass. Awarded PGI status, you can be assured that only Herefordshire apples are used in our craft cider.

Our commercial pressing facility allows for the production of 3 million litres of cider a year. The juice is stored in stainless steel tanks and monitored throughout fermentation. It is then blended to perfection and each batch tested in our onsite lab. Guaranteeing consistency throughout our range.

Offering a mix of packaging, from bottles to BIBs, kegs to cans; our strong range of ciders caters for a diverse market. Our ability to follow market trends is not compromising and maintaining traditional values and respect for our provenance will always be core.

We have been exporting our ciders successfully for the last few years and are able to offer own-brand labelled cider and create custom recipes, through our sister company, Marches Bottling and Packaging.
