We make a range of vegetable stocks that are actually made with vegetables. Our stocks contain more than 75% veg – 10x more than most available. They are also:
1/2 the salt of most available, Sugar-free, Palm oil-free, Gluten-free, Vegan, and Organic.
In 2013 we started to grow high-quality organic produce in Cheshire and deliver incredible veg to local customers as well as great restaurants like The Chef’s Table in Chester.
From nothing to a greenhouse, to a field, to Oakcroft, and beyond; it’s been some journey.
Along the way, someone asked why the veg stocks available weren’t made mostly with veg. No one knew; so we resolved to do better.
