Bembridge Medical Ltd was formed in the U.K. in 1994. We develop a range of urine drainage devices that connect to drainage bags.
The male devices are an alternative to indwelling catheters and sheaths. The female devices are an alternative to indwelling catheters and pads.
All products are non-invasive therefore reduce the possibility of infection.
The product range is cost-effective against indwelling catheters, pads & sheaths.
The average cost per patient per year for the Bembridge device is around £150
The average cost per patient per year for Sheaths = £1000. Pads £400-£500

The Beambridge Male & Female handheld urinals can be used as a stand-alone device that contains a full void. They can also connect directly to a drainage bag allowing continual emptying of the urinal. This benefits the bed user as the urinal can be used a number of times during the night without the need to empty the urinal each time it is used. The range can be adapted to suit most peoples needs. The funnel system is particularly beneficial for those who require the toilet if stuck in long traffic.
