Formed in 1999 – Maxim Brewery purchased some great brands from the closed Vaux Brewery in Sunderland. Maxim Brewery was able to acquire the old Scottish and Newcastle pilot brewhouse from Edinburgh. This is some of the best smaller steam brewing equipment in the UK and ensures consistent quality as well as great flexibility. We have exported our BRC standard bottled beers in the past and are looking to do so again – a key objective is a relationship we would build with the buyer so they are satisfied they are dealing with a professional brewer.
