Established in 1996, EHL supplies around 300 individual food ingredients and boasts a 200-strong organic range as well as over 70 custom blends. We have developed over 50 new organic and conventional herb and spice blends including Mediterranean, Asian, African and Middle Eastern, Caribbean, South American, and Creole-style seasonings, and a range of stuffing mixes.

We also offer certified vegan, vegetarian, organic and gluten-free ingredients and blends. Our ingredients are free from GMOs, irradiation, fumigation, colouring, synthetic flavours, preservatives or additives. Quality is guaranteed as the team is constantly on the lookout for the next food ingredient innovation, with staff travelling around the world to research emerging trends.
