Leading British designer, manufacturer, global exporter and solution provider of conveyor’s automation, handling equipment, manufacturing, chain logistics, aerospace, machinery, and more.
Company description:
Our product range consists of overhead chain conveyors, power & free conveyors, inverted chain conveyors, belt and power/gravity roller conveyors, towing and bottle conveyors. However, our experienced design team will look at any application and we can design most types of automation equipment to satisfy your production requirements. Our installation team have travelled throughout the world installing systems including Brazil, India, the USA, Iran, Dubai, Algeria, Russia and many more.
In 1966 Deacon Brothers was established as a small installation company dealing mainly with the installation of conveyor systems. The company slowly grew in size, and in February 1973, Midland Handling Equipment Limited was formed to run alongside Deacon Brothers to design and manufacture Material Handling equipment for the UK market.
By this time, Midland Handling Equipment had developed its own range of Overhead Chain Conveyors under the Trakmaster trade name, along with a varied range of Belt Conveyors and Roller Conveyors. We now design and manufacture handling equipment from our 10,000 square foot factory in Leicester.
Here at Midland Handling Equipment, we use a number of CAD programmes in the design office to produce detailed 3D drawings. These drawings are invaluable in highlighting any major problems within the application or installation. Design Engineers and Technical Experts work together to provide the best and most cost-effective solutions to the most extreme problems. After the design, our experienced mechanical and electrical engineers work on the manufacturing and finishing of products. Finally, if required, the final part of the process is completed by our installation and commissioning teams. Trained and certificated for all types of lifting and carrying platforms and equipment help aid a speedy and safe installation.
