Exton Park Vineyard is an award-winning English Sparkling Wine producer located in Hampshire’s South Downs National Park, just outside Winchester. The 55-acre vineyard is planted on pure chalk soils, producing vibrant and mineral wines with a distinctive style and complexity. Exton Park’s philosophy is to focus on terroir expression and consistency of style. As a single-estate producer, they control the entire winemaking process; from growing all of their own fruit through to vinifying and bottling the wine. Since launching in 2015, their wines have been awarded a total of 4 Gold Medals, 24 Silver Medals and one Trophy, and are listed in some of the top restaurants in the UK.
The pioneering Head Winemaker, Corinne Seely, works closely with Fred Langdale in the vineyard to get the very best from the different terroirs within this exciting estate. The wines are vinified plot by plot, with a certain amount being held back in reserve each year, to guarantee the consistency of the award-winning Non-Vintage cuvées. From time to time, Exton Park will also release ‘Special Cuvees’, such as the unique Pinot Meunier Rosé.
