At any one time, there are an estimated twenty million whisky casks maturing across Scotland, all exposed to the full thirst of the Angels. The Angels take their pick; selfishly enjoying some casks more than others, whilst hard working distillers watch their efforts disappear. Imagine if you could join the Angels on their indulgence?
The Angels’ Nectar Original (initially known as the First Edition) has been carefully blended from a selection of the finest Speyside and Highland malt whiskies. The Rich Peat Edition, which oozes a welcoming smoke, is composed of Highland malts. The Islay Edition is a Single Malt dominated by a gentle island peat smoke.
Our new Cairngorms Edition bottlings are a series of Single Cask Speyside Single Malts bottled in partnership with the Cairngorms Trust to support Environmental and Community projects in the Cairngorms National Park.

Created from a selection of the finest Speyside and Highland malt whiskies, bottled at 40% Vol., the Original (or First Edition) of Angels’ Nectar Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is naturally light in colour, with no added colouring, has a sweet nose of vanilla, stewed apples and fruit syrup, with a taste of heather honey and lemon, and a hint of spice on the finish.
Angels’ Nectar Blended Malt Scotch Whisky Rich Peat Edition 46%
Tasting Notes
As the name suggests this is heavily peated. Bottled at 46% Vol., our Rich Peat Edition has been created from a selection of Highland malts. This whisky oozes peat like the welcoming smoke from the chimney of an old farmhouse in the Highlands, which is followed by a subtle fruity sweetness akin to toffee apples and dark chocolate. The peat is smoky rather than medicinal.
Angels’ Nectar Single Malt Scotch Whisky Islay Edition 47%

For this the Islay Edition of Angels’ Nectar, the Angels have selected a parcel of casks from one of Islay’s finest distilleries, which we have bottled as a Single Malt at natural colour and at 47% vol.. A gentle island peat smoke dominates this dram. Explore further and a biscuity sweetness, along with hints of beeswax is revealed. On the taste it is a touch more medicinal than the nose. Let it linger in your glass with a drop of water.

Selected by Angels, this is a traditional Speyside dram, bottled in partnership with the Cairngorms Trust to support environmental and community projects in the Cairngorms National Park. This single cask bottling has a sweet nose, with hints of demerara sugar and gingerbread, which opens on the taste to reveal dried tropical fruit and marzipan. Rich and delicate the Cairngorms Edition is a limited edition of 263 bottles.

Our latest release is a single cask, distilled at a distillery within the Cairngorms National Park, bottled in partnership with the Cairngorms Trust, to support environmental and community projects in the Cairngorms National Park. Bottled at 46% this 11 years old single cask is a traditional Speyside dram, with vanilla fudge and floral notes on the nose (and no smoke), which opens on the taste to reveal more sweetness and dried tropical fruit. Thanks to the Angels’ share this cask has given just 146 bottles.

Angels’ Nectar Blended Malt Scotch Whisky – Original 40%
Our Angels’ Nectar – Original has been carefully created from a selection of Speyside and Highland malt whiskies and bottled at 40% Vol., at natural colour. It is smooth and sweet with hints of apple pie on the nose, followed by heather honey and lemon on the taste. Alongside the 700ml, the Original is also available in 200ml, a great size for ‘thank you’ gifts and hampers.
